The small, green trees on the roadside swayed as the strong breeze hit them from time to time while some ruffled women's hair and light clothing.
Above a faded zebra crossing, a traffic light frantically changed colors seeming rather like a disco light.
It seemed like the clouds had gotten a sudden fascination to the sun and wrapped themselves around it.
The sun's faint glow passed through them, coloring them orange from yellowish.
The buildings inside the large black metallic gate and at the large field that lay full of students of different sizes and shapes.
Some students were tall and some short with some slim and some chubby.
Hubbubs could be heard from outside the school.
The hallways were dark marble floors and white walls, not a hand print or scuff mark anywhere.
The doors were a glossy black, numbered with silver digits that match the globe shaped handles.
Across from a classroom door, a fire extinguisher rested in it's case concealed by dark glass.
It was not just the materials though, it's the dimensions, the width being at least twice that of Derek High school.
The building labeled B appeared to be the main building for courses at Derek high school.
Students in blue blazers, spotless white blouses and shirts, blue trousers and blue plaited skirts accompanied with spotless white socks and shoes walked in and out of the building all day and stop only to enter a classroom or buy food from the vending machines which filled one corner of the building's long hallway.
Often, students sat on the chairs that lined the walls while waiting for a class to start, but for at that time the hallway was nearly empty and waiting for the ambush of students.
Raelynn Lyla walked through the hallways of school, self-concious of her appearance as always.
She thought she could feel the kids staring at her, laughing inside.
Raelynn Lyla was a beautiful fiveteen year old girl with long finely combed brown hair that reached to her waist as it cascaded on her back, large and adorable brown eyes.
Only one thing was wrong, the only thing that made her uneasy the most, her weight.
She wasn't fat but she was not as "skinny" as she thought she should be or as how her glamorous model sister Skylar Sadie was.
Raelynn Lyla would constantly compare herself to other girls at school, in the mall, and everywhere else she went.
Her friends would repeatedly tell her how pretty she was and that she looked fine the way she was, but she could never convience herself of what they were saying.
Although the occasional remarks from her mother like "that shirt makes you look fat" and "do you realy want to go out looking like that?" did not help much either.
Raelynn Lyla sat down in her last period math class and waited for the teacher to come in.
The interior walls of the classroom were beautifully decorated with different designs.
There were charts, pictures of flowers, trees and a map of the world on it's white walls.
Downstairs, there was a large veranda and a large grassy area with more than a hundred flower pots filled with different colours.
The scent of flowers spread attractive fragrance in the classroom.
To the northeast of the classroom was an administrative center.
In the management section of Derek high school there were two writers who prepared the result cards and progress cards.
In front of the board was a teacher's chair and more than 20 student benches.
At each desk two students could sit comfortably.
Next to the black board was a tail from where the section was moved.
Other students in the class were making there way into class slowly as they conversed as the bell would soon ring.
Dappled sun shone through the trees, creating mysterious shadows.
The blue sky was dotted with fluffy white clouds that drifted lazily in the gentle breeze.
The blazing midday sun shone relentlessly on the hikers.
The roads shimmered in the heat of the midday sun. The sunlit skyscrapers pierced the hot, blue sky.
The air was suddenly filled with a sweet aroma as another female student who was Eleanor Freya as she walked by Raelynn Lyla .
The perfume was strong and people choked and turned their heads when she walked past them.
