When Luis came out from his bedroom after bathing and getting dressed for the day, he paused in front of Lola's room door , smiled and knocked politely on it before entering. His smile faded into a frown when he saw that she wasn't there.
He sighed deeply and said, " how can She leave for work without having breakfast?"
He turned around and left for the kitchen, where he began the process of preparing breakfast for himself. After placing the food on the table and taking his seat he picked up his cell phone and was about to call her, but the buzzing of his phone interrupted him. He looked at the caller ID screen and answered the call with a sigh.
"Sir Luis." Javier greeted.
" What's up?" Luis asked.
" Well," Javier began, hesitantly. " There is something that I think you may be interested in hearing."
