The sound of the toilet being flashed filled the quiet bedroom with a shrill, unpleasant noise as Luis rushed out and slammed the bathroom door closed behind him. He leaned against it heavily and slid to the ground with a low groan.
" whoa! what have I been eating? " he muttered to himself under his breath, shaking his head in disgust as the smell hit him again.
He stood on his feet and stretched out alittle before moving over to his window and pulling up one of the sashes. His eyes wandered around outside as he waited for his vision to adjust and let him see. The night was dark but that didn't mean much to him.
Just then he heard a knock on his front door . He left his bedroom and went straight to the front door
, flinging it open.
Javier rushed in, saying, " Sir, there's something you need to see."
as he grabbed Luis by his upper arm
and started dragging him into the living room.
