Jayde's eyebrows dipped sharply. There was shock and fury on his face. It was clear he wasn't ready for the question and I knew why Jayde was the way he was.
"You don't love me do you? Now it's clear that we can't live this marriage the way we should. There is no love between us. For me this marriage is still just a charade. But this charade has no end. If we are lucky, we can end up loving each other. Then live happily ever after. If not…" I shrugged my shoulders in resignation.
I started crawling out of bed and making my bed. It was uncomfortable to stay in bed when Jayde already looked that neat. Jayde was already in the shower, wearing a polo shirt and light blue jeans. His hair was neatly combed and he wore the perfume he usually always uses. I feel like I'm familiar with the scent of her perfume. But I forgot where I ever smelled the aroma. Maybe at the office.
