"Quickly call your pilot again. Ask him to confirm our return schedule."
"I tried, Ivy! Look, now my signal is gone again."
Jayde snorted indignantly as he pointed his phone at Ivy. Picture of a signal bar in the top corner of his phone blank. They started to lose signal again and were unable to reach Scott who was dealing with the rough weather in Toronto.
"A storm is raging. All flights to and from Toronto are canceled today."
"I know. But it sure won't be forever. The weather forecasters will know when the storm will clear and Scott can fly here to pick us up."
"Not anytime soon. If the flight cancellation announcement has been aired, it means that for one full day all planes cannot fly. We can't go back to Toronto today."
"It sucks! Why did it have to be a storm in Toronto."
