"No, no, no!" Vir muttered with one hand on his waist and the other massaging his forehead. "They must be involved."
He turned around, looking at the men one by one. Yeah, these people were a gang.
"You must be involved!"
"You idiot!" said the fat man. "Prove your accusations, you fucking foreigner!"
Vir tried to calm his mind and heart. No, he thought then. He couldn't make those people angry with him or worse things would happen to him.
"Leave me alone!" he said as he turned and approached the still-open door.
"Good!" said the fat man. "I warned you, foreigner," he continued. "One more noise and I'll gladly break your neck. Mark my words!"
But Vir ignored the fat man, the two drunken men, and the other noises from the people around him.
