"What?" Slag cleared his throat, pretending to look the other way. "I didn't do anything!"
"Yeah, right. You can have all the fun you want later when we sell that little girl to the al-Banix people."
"What are you talking about, man?" Slag's face turned red. "Maybe you're seasick."
"Idiot!" Doug chuckled again.
Inside the small cabin, La-Rhuan took out a small bottle containing a yellowish powder. Using her fingertips, the woman applied a small amount of the powder to the upper lip of the still-unconscious Aira.
"Stay asleep, Asurry girl," she said with a smirk on her face. "You can wake up when we reach the North. Enjoy your sweet dreams!"
After that, La-Rhuan came out of the small cabin to continue her breakfast.
"I think Magnius the Mighty is already in the North at this point," said Brutus.
