The two Saltusraptors slowed down and finally stopped two paces before Raemon and his men. Two riders dismounted from their respective dragons, meeting Raemon while removing their face coverings.
Raemon and the others smiled as they recognized one of the two.
Nearby were also five wyverns that were the mounts of Raemon, Aranea, Carl, Sebastian, and Kareem.
Three of them were of the Silverwing type, a Bald Wyvern, and a Diaboli Securis aka the Demon Axe which was Raemon's mount.
"Master Raemon."
"Khalissa. It's good to see you again. And you too."
"Master Raemon," replied the man with Khalissa.
Khalissa also greeted Aranea, Kareem, Carl, and Sebastian. So did the man she was with.
"What brings you to this oasis in the middle of the desert, Master Raemon?" Khalissa asked later.
The old man who still looked fit and healthy laughed softly. "Is your leader not in this Southeast Land?"
"Unfortunately, no. Sorry about that."
