"Are you sure this will work?" The emperor glanced at the old shaman.
The old shaman bowed. "It's hard to say whether it will work or not, Your Majesty."
"Hey!" Magnius the Mighty glared at the old shaman. "You're the one who brought up this idea with that ancient scroll, remember?!"
"Forgive me, Lord Magnius," said the old shaman. "However, from the ancient manuscripts I've read, all the previous leaders of great nations have always succeeded with the Divine Art ritual. It is only because it has not been practiced in the last five thousand years that I say it is difficult to say whether it will work or not."
The emperor let out a deep breath that made her breasts stand out even more while her hands were behind her back.
