A pair of Black Wyverns flapped their wings, then slowly lowered the luxurious carriage carrying the King and Queen of the South to the ground, in the front yard of the Western Palace.
Twenty other wyverns and their respective riders landed, accompanying the King and Queen of the South.
The Queen of the West who had been waiting there smiled broadly at the arrival of the two people. They greeted each other with warmth.
"Welcome to my palace, King of the South," said the Queen of the West as she embraced the king. And then to the Queen of the South. "Welcome, Empress of the South."
"Thank you," both replied with big smiles.
"Come," the Queen of the West invited her two royal guests. "Let's go inside."
The Queen of the West brought and entertained the King and Queen of the South in a lounge on the second floor of her palace. The luxurious and large room was half-open so that the wind could enter properly.
