On the same night, on a large wooden ship driven by two large waterwheels on the starboard side and two more on the port side. Each wheel was driven by a dragon and escorted by two men on the inside and bottom of the large ship.
Whenever the dragons stopped moving, the guards would whip them with whips. The four dragons were unable to resist as their mouths were gagged by some sort of device, as were their chained legs.
A crewman brought a tray with a bowl of food and a cup of drink for one of the passengers.
"Your meal, Ma'am!" he said, serving the food and drink to a woman sitting on the open front deck.
"Thank you," replied the woman, who was none other than Lady Vergara. She was seated with her dragon resting to her left.
While enjoying her dinner, Lady Vergara overheard the conversations of the other passengers. She glanced at the four people sitting at the table on the right side.
