Martha, one of the maidens and Jessica’s daughter noticed something about her mother too. She seemed troubled ever since the wizard had arrived at the Kingdom. She also knew that it was not something about the Kingdom or the Princess but something more personal.
Martha knew that her mother had met the wizard some days earlier. She knew her behavior must be related to what she was told by the wizard. This gave reason for Martha to ask the many questions she had for her mother. Ever since she was a child, her mother used to tell her that her father died in the war with Lampa.
She believed that until then. This is because, every time she asked about her father, her mother would have the same kind of sentiment. Although she was not sure what the wizard had told her mother, she had a clue that it had to do with her father or their family.
