After all was over and they were dismissed, Dorothy sent for Jessica in her chambers. Upon arrival, she thanked her so much for what she had done and praised her for being a good soldier and guardian of the throne.
Jessica on the other hand did not buy that. She was now certain that, the Princess and the Captain were lovers and that is why Dorothy had to thank her. She was now after hearing it directly from Dorothy’s mouth.
“Thank you for your acknowledgements and compliment my princess. I am honored to be at your service,” responded Jessica.
“It’s okay Jessica. I have realized that you are not only best at serving me but also serving the people of Kamu and the crown as well,” added Dorothy.
“For that, I am grateful my princess but, there is this question I have wanted to ask you for quite some time now.” Jessica continued.
“What question Jessica? You are free to ask me any that you please,” said the Princess.
