That was the longest three minutes Rei ever had in her life, under a table, with a fierce fight going on less than five meters away from her, terrified and helpless.
After three minutes, all the clashing noises finally stopped. Rei who was still hiding under the table nervously holding her breath trying to catch every single little sound since she was uncertain of the outcome of the fierce fight. Then, she heard a slow and steady footsteps walking towards her and stopped just at her side.
