Although I can already see that you are in the 2nd Layer of the Transcendent Realm, but after formally testing you for the purpose of record keeping, we shall depart by evening."
Liu Si Xing had an authoritative no-nonsense tone but what caught Hun Lian's attention was her cultivation!

With an ice-cold voice and no emotions, Liu Si Xing said these words and poked Hun Lian's chest with her sword.
Hun Lian couldn't help laughing at her remark. Because he now had most of the medical legacy of Gu Wanhe and the Mystical bone to see different kinds of radiations, fissures and fluctuations in the world.
He had immediately noticed the disease which plagued Liu Si Xing when he first saw her and couldn't help but feel funny about it.
In the original timeline, She goes back to the Perpetuity Sect alone because Hun Lian's cultivation didn't meet the sect's requirement, and they meet 3 years after, when she sacrifices her life for him after knowing Hun Lian for just a few months.
This confirmed his conjecture that the protagonist really had the world bending over to him and defecating luck in his path to glory.
And he also felt that he was one of the protagonists who will end up fighting with other son of luck.

It was impossible to remove the tumour, as it was located in the dantian, and forcefully removing it would directly disturb Liu Si Xing's Qi, which would result in her being blown up into thousands of pieces.
This was also the reason she didn't make friends, and liked to stay alone, while also travelling a little to hopefully find peace with her condition and death.

Everything was calculated on the basis of his knowledge of medicines and because he knew her character from reading the novel, he knew that she was going to be hostile at first, but in due time, she would even die for him.
