Kyou stood in front of the main entrance of the hospital, fidgeting nervously as he waited for his name to be called. He had filled out the organ donation form the other day, and now he was here to take the next step.
He had always been nervous around hospitals, with their sterile smells and white walls. But today was different. Today, he was here to do something good, something that could potentially save someone's life.
As he looked around at the other people in the waiting area, he wondered what their stories were. Were they here for the same reason he was? Had they also decided to become organ donors?
"Hey miss where are you going?"
"I'm not taking those bitter pills. I want to eat something sweet"
Everyone looking at the nurse chasing a girl with a soft pink pyjamas and long blonde hair.
"such a stubborn girl she is" Kyou whispering to himself
Finally, he heard his name called, and he stood up, heart pounding. He walked over to the nurse who had called his name, and she smiled at him warmly.
"Kyou, right? You're here for the organ donation program?"
He nodded, suddenly feeling a lump form in his throat.
"Yes, that's me."
"Have you decide what to donate today?"
"uhh.. kidney..?" he caught an idea just now
The nurse nodded and led him down a long hallway, and Kyou tried not to let his nerves get the best of him. He had filled out the form, but he still wasn't sure what to expect.
They finally arrived at a small office, where Kyou was introduced to a woman named Sarah. She was the coordinator for the organ donation program, and she greeted Kyou with a friendly smile.
"Thank you for coming in today, Kyou. We really appreciate it."
Kyou nodded, feeling a bit more at ease.
"Sure, no problem."

Kyou slowly opened his eyes, feeling groggy and disoriented. He blinked a few times, trying to get his bearings, and realized he was in a hospital bed. Memories flooded back to him: filling out the organ donation form, talking with the coordinator, signing the paperwork.
Oh my god, he thought. It's over. I did it.
He looked down at himself, and saw that he was hooked up to a few machines. A nurse walked in just then, smiling at him.
"Good morning, Kyou. How are you feeling?"
Kyou cleared his throat, still feeling a bit fuzzy.
"Um, okay, I guess. What happened? Did the surgery go well?"
The nurse nodded, checking his vitals.
"Everything went smoothly. You're a bit groggy from the anesthesia, but that's normal. We'll keep you here for a little while to monitor you, but you should be able to go home later today."
He dressed himself slowly, feeling a bit weak but otherwise okay. As he walked out of the hospital, he felt a sense of pride and accomplishment.
As he step out of the room suddenly a women appeared Infront of him.
"you, you're Kyou Satoshi right?"
The woman panting from running. She looks a little bit anxious.
"y-yes I'm"
she grabbed both of his hands and looked at him on the face. Tears shedding from his face but she still force herself to smile
"Thank you so much for saving my daughter's life"
Kyou felt a warm sensation spreading through his chest as he realized the impact of his decision. He had never felt so proud and humbled at the same time.
she takes out a white anvelop from her bag and handed it to Kyou.
"This is for you, thank you for everything you've done"
The women ran away. Kyou couldn't have a chance to ask for her name. Even so, he glads that he finally have a use for someone.
"oi mister how long you going to stand there"
"ah, aren't you the stubborn girl from earlier?"
"stubborn girl? how could you call me that, rude!"
"you're one to talk"
"excuse me please lower down your voices" said one of the nurse
both of them looking at each other with blaming face.
