Chapter 28 - 28. Who Is The Prey?

Silver Treasure Chest!?

Andrew raised his eyebrows and placed his hand on the door handle.

However, the next second, he unexpectedly saw a prompt!

[Malicious Woman: This woman has a metal dagger hidden in her lower back, stained with blood! Are you sure you want to let her in?]

[PS: But the woman is quite beautiful, and there are many good things about her, so you can consider it! Hehehe...]

Three black lines appeared on Andrew's forehead!

(You are a system, what the hell, if I don't know it, I would think this is a thoughtful AI. But forget it. Since this woman has bad intentions, don't blame me for being ruthless.)

"Come in!"

Andrew opened the door.

He saw a woman standing at the door wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and a pair of golden boots on her feet.

She tied her hair into two high ponytails and looked very pure, like a girl of eighteen or nineteen.

But she wore red lipstick, and her eyes were slightly fox-like and charming.

Both pure and charming.

"Thank you, big brother. Thank you so much!" Hertha made an innocent look and bit her lip, "My name is Hertha, what's your name, big brother?"

"Andrew."

"Big brother, what are you roasting? It smells so good!"

As soon as Hertha entered the room, she didn't mention anything about returning Andrew's things.

Instead, she kept looking around Andrew's room.

But she was also shocked by the scenes before her!

(Is this really a player?)

This player not only upgraded to a stone house, but also had a workbench, and there were many meats. The warehouse was also full of wood, and there was a large filter on one side. Clean and precious drinking water was flowing continuously!

Not only that but there was even a pet cage in one corner of the room!

(What is that bird as tall as a person inside?)

"What am I roasting? It's none of your business," Andrew glared at Hertha and said, "You said that as long as I let you in, you'll return my things, including the silver treasure chest. Stop talking nonsense and hand them over."

"Uh..."

Hertha was instantly stunned.

This was the first time she had failed to use her beauty to her advantage!

Before she crossed over to this cursed place, she was at least a somewhat famous internet celebrity. Every time she made a pleading expression towards her computer camera, countless gifts would immediately come pouring in!

But this man in front of her not only wasn't interested in her but also had a look of disdain. Could it be that her charm had diminished?

"What are you standing there for?" Andrew said impatiently. "Do I have to wait until after dinner before you have the strength to bring them out?"

"Brother, I'm really hungry. Can you give me a piece of meat to eat? As long as you promise, I will do anything for you!" Hertha threw a flirtatious look at Andrew.

Her eyes were full of suggestive meaning!

If she used this lethal weapon on any ordinary man, including Walker, who was currently obeying her every command, would be one hundred percent satisfied with her wishes.

Hertha didn't believe that the man in front of her could resist her charm!

As long as he took the bait, she would hook the man, making him addicted and unable to extricate himself.

Then, when the man let his guard down, she would strike him with a thunderous blow!

By then, his stone house, his collected items, and the man's equipment, all of it would be hers!

Hertha seemed to have already seen herself occupying this stone house.

She would stand by the glass window, drinking red wine and watching the snow outside, as well as the monsters and beasts in the mist, who would howl helplessly in front of the stone house!

"Oh, really?" Andrew smiled knowingly and waved at Hertha, "Okay, come here! Help me massage, as long as your service satisfies me, I don't mind treating you to a meal."

"Brother, you're really kind!"

Hertha showed a grateful expression and followed Andrew's request to come to his side to massage him.

Everything went smoothly.

Until the moment Andrew closed his eyes because the massage felt good!

Hertha's mouth curled as she reached behind her back, trying to pull out the dagger from her waist.

But in the moment her hand reached her back, her expression froze because the dagger was gone!

(When did it happen?)

Hertha was dumbfounded, unable to figure out when she lost her own dagger.

But at that moment, Andrew suddenly sat up and took out the shining dagger, playing with it in his hand. "Are you looking for this?" he asked.

"When did my dagger fall into your hands?"

Hertha widened her eyes, looking at Andrew, and at the dagger in his hand. It was clearly hers, the same dagger that gave her confidence and allowed her to do whatever she wanted, to capture and kill these men.

"But you said that if I let you in, you'll give me all the good stuff. So I just took back what belongs to me, what's the problem?" Andrew said, holding the dagger against Hertha's neck. "And did I tell you to stop?"

"No, no," Hertha stammered, shocked by what was happening.

But her fate was in Andrew's hands, and she could only continue working.

Finally, Andrew nodded, satisfied with her work. "You did a good job, but unfortunately..." he trailed off.

"What's wrong?" Hertha asked, smiling obsequiously. "Do you want me to do better?"

But in the next second, Andrew slashed her throat with the dagger.

Warm blood splattered on his fingers, and Hertha stared at him in disbelief as she clutched her neck. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't stop the blood that was pouring out.

This was the first time Andrew realized that a single cut could produce so much blood.

"Unfortunately, women only affect the speed of my sword draw," Andrew said.

"I have given you a chance."
