Chapter 16 - 16. Selling Medicine

"Just do it."

Andrew immediately made all the remaining materials into burn medicine.

Fortunately, Andrew had learned the recipe for burn medicine in advance. Otherwise, even if he had the medicinal materials, he would have had to wait until he built a pharmaceutical workstation to make it.

If he had to wait until then, it would have delayed his money-making too much!

[Burn medicine +1]

[2 pain relief fruit, 1 golden wound herb, 1 scar-removing flower]

[Burn medicine +1]

[...]

He kept repeating the process of making medicine.

After about half an hour, Andrew obtained forty-nine burn medicines, almost filling the entire ground.

Andrew opened the trading channel.

[Water - 1000ml, Wood +1]

[Water - 1000ml, Stone +1]

[Water - 2000ml, Wood +2]

[Water - 1000ml, Stone +1]

As soon as he opened it, four prompts automatically popped up.

The 5000ml of water that Andrew put up for sale today had all been sold, and many people even left messages asking for it.

"Boss, could you please let me know in advance next time you sell water? As soon as I saw it, it was all sold out!"

"Man, please sell me some purified water! The water I bought yesterday made me have diarrhea all day! I'm crying~"

"Can I exchange 3 pieces of wood for 2000ml of water?"

Various messages filled the page.

However, Andrew was not interested in dealing with such small businesses selling water at the moment.

After all, selling water for half a day would only get him a few pieces of wood. His priority now was to sell these 49 burn medicines first!

There was no need to hoard everything. The focus in the early stages was to upgrade materials!

Andrew glanced at the main materials he needed.

Upgrade the level 2 tool station [stone 19/100, wood 43/20, earth-type beast core 2/2].

The tool station was still lacking stone.

Selling some burn medicines should be enough to get it!

As for the materials needed to upgrade the stone house [stone 19/200, mud 0/100, wood 43/50, vine 12/20, glass 0/4, earth-type beast core 2/4].

This was a bit difficult!

However, Andrew didn't care whether these people could afford it or not. He would just put it up for sale and see what happens!

[Burn medicine 1 piece: exchange for 20 wood (alternatively 20 stone or 20 mud). Remaining: 15]

[Burn medicine 1 piece: exchange for 10 vines, Remaining: 4]

[Burn medicine 1 piece: exchange for 1 earth-type beast core, Remaining: 10]

[Burn medicine 1 piece: exchange for 1 energy stone (alternatively 1 glass), Remaining: 20]

There were several options for different users.

For example, players who live near the forest mainly rely on logging. There are also players who live near swamps or mines and make a living by mining and excavation. The materials they can produce naturally vary.

The items that Andrew is currently listing are the materials he urgently needs.

After listing the items on the trading platform, Andrew shouts in the regional channel.

Andrew: Does anyone need Burn Salve?

"Yes! Yes!! Do you have it, bro?"

"I'm willing to pay a high price!!"

"My whole body is almost in agony, please give me medicine!"

Seeing everyone responding so positively, Andrew felt relieved and replied:

Andrew: If you need it, purchase it on the trading platform. I'll prioritize selling it to people in this area!

"I see the price is a bit expensive! Is anyone willing to go in with me and buy it together, splitting the cost in half? Message me if interested!"

"What's wrong with you? Since you have the recipe for the medicine, you should share it with everyone for free. We're all injured, and you're still trying to make money from us. Shame on you!"

"Wow! Someone is just a saint bitch. He worked hard to make the medicine, why should he provide it for free? If you're so "saintly", why don't you donate your possessions to everyone and let us all use them for free?"

Various comments followed.

There were those who praised Andrew, those who criticized him, and those who were practical and sought to quickly form a team to buy the medicine.

Andrew didn't bother to reply to any of them. In this kind of place, being a "Saint" was equivalent to death.

He wasn't a good person to begin with. He didn't come here to be a good person.

However, in the blink of an eye, Andrew's private messages on the trading channel exploded.

Andrew quickly opened the messages.

[Burn Salve-1: Wood +20]

[Burn Salve-1: Mud +20]

[Burn Salve-1: Vine +10]

[Burn Salve-1: Energy Stone +1]

Surprisingly, most of the players who wanted to exchange for medicine used energy stones, mud, and stones.

But no one was willing to exchange with beast cores. These players were probably not yet powerful enough to hunt monsters.

However, many players had obtained energy stones from treasure chests, and although they didn't know what they were for, they knew that burn medicine was an urgent need. Anyone with common sense would know how to make the right choice.

One minute passed.

All the options Andrew hung on the trading channel soon only two were left:

[Burn Medicine x1: exchange for 1 earth-type beast core, remaining: 10]

[Burn Medicine x1: exchange for 1 energy stone (alternative: glass 1), remaining: 11]

All other daily materials had been exchanged.

And there were still many people who didn't get what they wanted, leaving messages for Andrew:

"Boss, I have enough wood, can I exchange it for medicine?"

"Dude, I don't have what you're looking for, but I have a gold-type beast core. Can I exchange it for a potion?"

"I only have 10 pieces of wood, can you sell me half a portion? Please, I'm in real pain!"

"I'm a famous online Meow, you must know me. You wouldn't want to ruin such a beautiful face like mine, just send me some potion and I promise to repay you well when I have the chance to meet you, whatever you want to do with me is fine! Okay?!"

"You give me a potion for free, and when I get back, I'll give you one million! No, ten million! I'm Musk's son, I have a lot of money, I won't go back on my word!"

"I'm Pharaoh, give me the potion! I promise you eternal life!"

Most of the messages were just begging for free potions.

Some claimed to be bosses in the real world, some were rich second generations, and some even used malicious language to threaten Andrew, saying things like "if you don't give it to me, I'll do this and that..."

Andrew directly blocked all the rude ones and idiots.

He wouldn't trade with these kinds of people anymore!

There was no point in trading with such people, they might even turn out to be enemies after he save them. Although Andrew didn't care about the existence of these people, it didn't mean he enjoyed looking at them.

So he simply blocked them, out of sight, out of mind!

As for those who wanted to exchange for wood or talked nicely, Andrew agreed to their requests, but they chose to trade privately.

Especially the player who wanted to exchange with a gold-type beast core surprised Andrew.

He didn't expect that someone else had also killed monsters with their bare hands!
