The midterms were the very first exams that would test the students individually for the first time after they enter the academy, the exam that would separate them into unique ranks and perhaps into different classrooms as well.
"Haaa… I prepared all I can and I'm still worried."
"Because of the pandemic, we didn't even get to have a proper practice time. I'm worried as well."
Our good friends, especially my Nessy and Cathy were all worried and tensed of what they were going to do in this test, just like the rest of the common students present all around us.
"You two are going to do well, hehe. Don't worry about it too much. Just look at the rest of these bastards. They aren't worried even a little bit. Be like them."
"Yes, sure."
Cathy gave Rex a look of anger while she replied to El's usual comment.
"Not all of us were noble enough to help out the ones that needed it."
