Aphrodite stood behind me and messaged my shoulders while we talked in my office. This was a normal everyday thing, but when living with seven women who all love me more or less, jealousy is prone to happen.
"You know...if I keep spending so much time with you, the others will get mad right? You know Hilda is always on devious timings when she's mad." I said as I had my eyes closed.
"I know..~" Aphrodite chuckled softly and brought her face to my neck then began to kiss it.
I tilted my head a little and blushed softly. "Aphro.." I spoke then felt her hand gliding lower.
She pulled away and held my belt in her hand. "Shida..~"
There was a knock on the door and all of the sexual tension that had built up was now gone. Part of me was relieved because I haven't had sex in 5 years due to me being in a war when I was 19.
"Big Brooo!~ Are you still talking to those stuck up Combat Gods? We need your help out here!~" Hilda said in a singing voice.
Aphrodite sighed and her mood was slightly ruined. "Of course..."
I looked at Aphrodite then stood up. "I'll be there in a little to help!" I replied back to Hilda.
"'Kay 'kay!~" Hilda said then walked off.
I looked at Aphrodite then pulled her to me then kissed her lips softly. She kissed back, but was still a bit upset. I pulled away and looked at her. "I'll be back..don't worry."
"No you won't...We all know what's about to happen. I mean these are your retainers we are talking about." Aphrodite said and held my hand.
"That is also true, but I'll think about your offer. I'll take a day off just for you." I said and noticed the hopefulness in her eyes. She let me go then I walked out of the office.
I made my way downstairs and noticed Alice and Sophia waiting for me. They hurried over to me and held my hand.
"Master Shida! There's trouble downtown! It's some of Alpha's Goons!" Alice said.
"Her again? What's up with everyone showing up today?" I said and noticed Ophelia walking towards me. "It must be pretty big if you're coming out of your hole."
"I have a score to settle with Alpha. She defeated me last time, but this time will be different!" Ophelia said, placing a hand on her hip. She closed her eyes then smiled. "I'll make sure to wipe the floors with her."
I crossed my arms and moved my eyebrow. "You're that confident in yourself huh. Well I do sense you've gotten stronger. I'll give you a chance to take her on. Is it just gonna be you three with me right now?"
"Well Hilda, Floe, and Chloe already made their way downtown with your car. I told them that we'll find another way there." Ophelia said.
My left eye twitched from the annoyance I was feeling. I sighed and ruffled my hair. "Great...You all are so lucky Earth is my domain."
I formed a transportation circle under us and snapped my fingers, warping us downtown. We appeared where everything was happening and I noticed Floe protecting the citizens. I walked ahead and warped reality, transporting the citizens to a safe location. Hilda fired a beam from her gun at a few of Alpha's soldiers. One of them dodged the beam and I knew that was one of Alpha's officers, Abaddon.
Floe looked back at me and smiled. "You made it!~ We were just cleaning up. We're nearly done here."
Alice and Sophia hurried to the front lines with the others. I nodded at Floe then looked around for Alpha. I looked ahead and noticed her sitting on a pile of cars like it was a throne. She looked at me and smirked.
"Before we fight...Allow me to show you how much Abaddon has been training for this moment. Abaddon! Show them your sinister powers!" Alpha commanded.
Abaddon bellowed and a dark aura surged powerfully around his body. Hilda grunted and slid back a bit from the force of his aura. She looked up and noticed he had lunged at her. Floe appeared in front of Hilda and blocked Abaddon's attack. She grunted as Abaddon began to overpower her. He broke her guard then kicked her away.
"Take this!" Chloe bellowed and flew towards Abaddon with a giant purple sphere of energy in her hand. "Get a taste of my Devious Pulse!!"
She tried to hit him with the attack but he dodged her and kneed her stomach. She groaned and coughed. She was sent flying backwards then crashed through a building. He walked towards the others, dragging his sword along the ground.
"Alice, Sophia. Provide me with support!" Ophelia said.
"Right..." Alice said and her purple eyes shined.
"You're on it, Ophie!~" Sophia said and her violet eyes shined brightly.
Ophelia summoned her rapier and got into her stance and looked at Abaddon. "You're not Alpha, but you'll do to show her how strong I've become!"
"Ha! The Princess of Neoxia...I have been wanting to face off against you for a while. Now is the time to show that you Neoxians are all you're proven to be!" Abaddon said then a demon wing emerged from the left side of his back.
"I have reached the power of a god...You don't have much of a chance!" Ophelia said then dashed toward Abaddon.
Abaddon dashed toward Ophelia and they clashed. They slashed and clashed rapidly then Abaddon kicked Ophelia away and ran after her then dodged a beam of light from Sophia. Alice appeared above Abaddon and fired shards of ice at him. He grunted as the ice shards struck him, but he used his aura to repel Alice then slashed twice, sending dark energy cutting waves at Alice and Sophia. Ophelia used her Sacred Arts to protect them.
"Aotifa!" She bellowed and stomped her foot down. Two barriers of Sacred Energy protected Alice and Sophia from the cutting waves. An explosion happened and the smoke covered my view as well as Alpha's view.
Ophelia and Abaddon flew to the sky. I noticed Ophelia was in her Divine Form. Her being in that form let me know she was taking this battle seriously. The two clashed and zipped around the sky at high speeds.
"For her to take on Abaddon in her base form lets me know she's been taking her training seriously. So how much have you been training?" Alpha said then stood up.
"Honestly I haven't been training much..." I said and placed my hands behind my head. "But...I know I can beat you."
"Watching our strongest retainers fight isn't as interesting, how about we get out battle started huh? The entire Earth is our battlefield!" Alpha said and held her arms out.
"We can't fly, Master Shida. So we can't give much support to Ophie anymore.." Sophia said, sadly.
"That's fine...I'll support her whenever I can." I said.
"This will be fun." Alpha said and began to fly up to the sky.
"Master Shida.." Floe said and looked at me.
"Big Brother.." Hilda said and looked at me.
I looked at Alpha and crouched down then cloaked myself in aura and flew past Alpha. Alpha flew after me and fired black spheres of energy at me. I avoided them and turned around then stopped. She stopped as well and got into her stance. She flew toward me and slashed with her nails. I countered her attack then struck her gut. She groaned and coughed then I kicked her down to the ground. I teleported to her and pressed a yellow sphere of energy against her back. The sphere of energy exploded and sent her crashing to the ground faster. She hit the ground and formed a crater in the ground.
I landed on the ground and groaned as an invisible force struck my stomach. Alpha appeared in front of me and smirked. She kicked me away and vanished then appeared in front of me again, striking me with a flurry of attacks. I slid backwards and my eyes shined brightly. I dodged her next attack then punched her stomach. She coughed then grabbed my arm and spun me around then threw me. She fired a massive purple and black beam at me. I recovered in the air and summoned a barrier around myself, blocking the beam.
Ophelia dodged Abaddon's attack and noticed the beam then flew toward me. Abaddon chased after her and released multiple cutting waves at her. She avoided the waves and spun around then kicked him to the ground. She continued to fly toward me then helped me get out of the attack. The beam hit a building and caused an explosion.
I looked back after hearing people screaming in terror. My eyes widened and I looked back at Alpha who was smirking.
"I'm not like Zach who comes here when he wants a good fight. When I invade Earth...I have the intent to kill. The intent to kill...you specifically." Alpha said and pointed at me. "I will obtain your power...and I will use that power....to kill the other Combat Gods and rule over the Galaxy...no the entire Universe!"
"Shida...We have to stop her now. You can't hold back or else more innocent people will end up getting hurt!" Ophelia said. "I know you don't want to be a God, but with people like Alpha...you have to send her back to her world with her tail tucked between her legs! Or...with her boobs twisted or something. I'm not good with analogies."
I looked at Ophelia then looked back at Alpha. "I understand...after all, Earth is my Domain and I have been chosen to protect it. I have been doing that for years now..."
"Finally taking me seriously now, Shida? How heartwarming is that?!" Alpha laughed and dashed to me.
I dashed toward her and dodged her attack then kneed her stomach. She groaned and coughed a bit of blood. I grunted then bellowed, sending her flying to the sky. I propelled myself toward her with my aura then struck her with another attack.
'These...ruthless...attacks..!' Alpha thought to herself as she was sent flying again.
"I won't let you kill Master Alpha!" Abaddon bellowed as he flew toward me.
I knocked him away with the back of my fist then flew toward Alpha at high speeds. Alpha stopped herself and bellowed then formed a large ball of black energy in her hand then threw it at me. I warped reality and made it disappear. Alpha looked surprised.
"He isn't hol-" Alpha started then I interrupted her with a kick to the face, sending her backwards.
I teleported and began to strike her swiftly then blew her away with an energy blast. I teleported in front of her and transformed into my God Form. She stopped herself then avoided my next attack and bellowed, transforming into her Goddess Form. She went for a kick and I caught her leg then flew upwards then threw her down to the ground. She yelled and noticed I had teleported below her then blasted her with a powerful energy beam. She groaned as she slammed into a rock pillar.
She fell to her knees and panted. She coughed up blood and looked at her hand. It was shaking. "I'm actually...trembling..?" She said then looked up at me.
I looked down at her and glared. "Your power means nothing against me. You got a few lucky hits on me, but you're not winning anymore.."
"You will not embarrass me, you bastard!" She bellowed and threw an energy blast at my face. She panted then looked surprised as the smoke cleared and noticing I was unfazed by the attack. She teleported backwards then began to rapidly fire energy blasts at me and yelling.
I walked toward her, using my aura to deflect the energy blasts. "You're a Lesser God...compared to me. Coming to Earth to fight me is one thing, but coming to Earth and endangering the innocent...I will not tolerate!" I roared and my dual voice echoed across the area as I flew toward her at high speed.
Alpha looked surprised and couldn't make a sound as I struck her. She threw up blood and fell to her knees. I held my hand at her head and had a flashback of our first battle. I lowered my hand then turned around.
"You're not even worth killing anymore. You all just come back anyway. If I were you...I'd just retreat and try again another day. Even if you do try again...your fate is inevitable. You are fated to lose against me. Enjoy the mercy I show you because next time you pull something like that again...I will kill you and make sure your death is as painful as possible." I said and warped reality, reappearing back downtown.
Alpha looked at me and panted then warped away with the rest of her army. I warped reality to restore all that was destroyed during the attack and our battle.
"Well...~ Master Shida wins again..~" Floe said with a smile.
Chloe landed on the ground next to Hilda and Floe. "Damn that bastard hits strong...If I knew he'd be that more powerful...I would've awakened my Devil Cells instead of the Demon Cells."
I looked at my hand and noticed it was shaking light. "Mmph...One of these days when I kill them...they won't come back."
Ophelia looked at me and crossed her arms. Alice and Sophia looked at each other then back at me.
My rivals and enemies...though they are annoying to deal with, they keep my life from being too boring. I have built a relationship with each of them with Alpha being a more archenemy than a rival due to her strength and danger levels, but even then...there won't be another one of her if she doesn't come back. I like them...sometimes and they like me because they don't have fun fighting the other Combat Gods like they have fun with me.
