A young child was traveling alone crossed a white desert during a sand storm the sky was at this eternal night this young child was Masao when he was younger. He was wondering about this desert he wore the brown cloth he used to cover himself. He lost his mother a little bit ago before he traveled alone and his father abandoned them before he was born never meeting. Masao would be stopped by a gain dark looking at him as a tasty meal. He closes his eyes and waits for it to kill him in one bite. The beast hurls at him but in one second a man dressed as an arch wizard comes out of know where and sliced the beast in two. Masao looked up at the man. It was Ryuken when he first got to the Dark Realm when he was cursed to serve the Dark King.
"Hey, kid you alright?" asked Ryuken. This was when Masao first meet the man who change his life forever.
Present day, Ryuma was sitting in a space meant for meditation doing what the room is meant for. He was meditating in between Tenryujin and Jigoku No Ryujin.
He finds himself in a somewhat familiar realm he stands in a world split in half made of crystal and he stands in between the border light on the right and darkness on the left in front of two dragon statues that represent Tenryujin and Jigoku no Ryujin.
"How do we get stronger," said Ryuma.
"I see you want to train after meeting the Dark King," said Tenryujin.
"Sorry but only time will show how strong you will get," said Jigoku No Ryujin.
"I figured as much," said Ryuma.
"But I can give some advice that may come in handy for you in the future, Ryuma," said Jigoku No Ryujin "Something that even Ryuken may even tell you."
"What would that be?" asked Ryuma.
"Do not fear The Dark," said Jigoku No Ryujin.
Ryuma gets up and grabs his weapons.
"So, I see the only way to defeat Kurai is to surpass the fear of the dark," said Ryuma.
Masao was in the dark realm and kneels before Kurai who was sitting on his throne.
"My liege you have summoned me?" asked Masao.
"Yes, I have plans to attack the Kyoto Wizard Academy again, Masao," said Kurai.
"My Lord is this wise? We have attacked them multiple times now," said Masao.
"I know but I have a special task for you," said Kurai.
"What is that, My Lord?" asked Masao.
"You will slay Ryuma Tendo and take what he took from you. Your master's weapon, Jigoku No Ryujin," said Kurai.
"I see then I accept this task you gave me," said Masao.
Ryuma heads into his Dorm Room which he now shares with Lucas. He enters the room and sees a bunch of books stacked all over and sees Lucas on his bed reading a book.
"You know you should return books to the library if you," said Ryuma.
"I bought these from the Book Store in Kyoto," said Lucas.
"All of these for real?" asked Ryuma.
"Yes," said Lucas with a bland look.
"Listen, I love reading too but we can't trash our room like this," said Ryuma.
"So, what do we do about this?" asked Lucas.
"I might have an idea now that I think of it," said Ryuma.
