"I'm a wizard? yeah right now I sound like a hero from a shonen manga now," said Ryuma.
"What your prof is right there you are carrying a weapon o your wrist," said Kenzo. Ryuma then looks at his bracelet.
"Well, it was nice meeting you Wizard dude but I'm heading home," said Ryuma.
"Huh? you are going home after all that?" questioned Kenzo.
"ah yeah sorry but it was one time deal for me," said Ryuma walking away. Kenzo stops him by grabbing his right shoulder.
"Sorry kid but you ain't getting away that easy. you don't get it don't you know why that Kappa took your sister she's just like you a Wizard just like you," said Kenzo. "Yokai are drawn to people with high spiritual energy."
"so, you're saying she going to get attacked again?" asked Ryuma.
"yeah, your lucky you awaken to your powers last night and I found you," said Kenzo.
"He right I would be dead if I didn't have my power." thinks Ryuma.
"so why not go to the Wizard Academy hone your skills and become a wizard," said Ryuma.
"Sorry but I drop out of middle school and your academy would reject me," said Ryuma.
"ah we will find out the Wizard who lives here already sent your application in and me," said Kenzo picking his nose with his right index finger.
"What I didn't give consent for that," said Ryuma angrily.
"Calm down Wizard Academy works differently Application is not normal. We just sent your name and power and see if they accept you," said Kenzo.
"I see well I probably get rejected anyway," said Ryuma heading home.
"Man, this kid is a wacko. but he did say he probably say no but he has his reason," said Kenzo.
Ryuma enters his apartment and puts his groceries in his fridge. Kaede looks at him with excitement.
"Hey Ryu something in the mail came today," said Kaede.
"What? another bill," said Ryuma jokingly.
"No here," said Kaede. She hands him a fancy-looking letter to him from The Wizard Academy.
"That was quick well probably getting rejected." thinks Ryuma. He takes it and opens it. Ryuma looks at it wide-eyed and it said he was accepted.
"Ah just a fancy junk mail," said Ryuma lying as he throws at the trash can but misses.
"oh, really thought it was something special I guess I was wrong," said Kaede. Kisuke walks in, sees the paper, picks it up, and reads it.
"What Ryu you're going back to school and it must be a fancy one too," said Kisuke.
"Damn it." thinks Ryuma.
"wait for real that was a School Acceptance Letter good job Ryuma you can finally go back to school," said Kaede.
"I don't know yet," said Ryuma.
"You should go this is a golden opportunity for you," said Kisuke.
"I can't tell them what kind of school it is and it seems like I have no choice." thinks Ryuma. "Alright I'll go to this school," he said.
"Yes, this is going to be great," said Kisuke.
"Great," said Ryuma who actually didn't want to go but had no choice now.
The next day Kaede was making lunch when she heard a knock on the door. She goes and sees who was. Ryuma was sitting on his futon. She opens the door and sees nobody there.
"Maybe it was the neighbor's door?" questioned Kaede.
Ryuma was looking at his phone.
"Hey." said a voice in front of him. He looks up and sees Kenzo.
"How did you get in here?" questioned Ryuma spooked. Kaede comes in and sees Ryuma.
"Ryu who are you talking to?" asked Kaede. she did not see Kenzo.
"she can't see me she hasn't awakened to her powers yet like you so right now she is just a normal girl." said Kenzo. "so, meet me in the nearby park close in an hour we going to begin pre-class work."
"Hey you, okay Ryu?" asked Kaede. He looks at her.
"Ah yeah," said Ryu who then looks back and Kenzo is gone.
