"What do you mean, Gaia!" Arkam said with a voice that rose to the ceiling and a hand that banged on the wooden tabletop.

"Have you lost it?" he continued firing at her.

Gaia stayed calm and made no move, allowing her master the time to discharge every sentiment she riled up with her assertions.

"How else do you make it clear, master?" she asked. "How else do you justify that they knew where we were headed and precisely how and when to locate us?"
