The whole day felt bitter due to how Morgana kept talking to Jason. Lucy rolled her eyes as her phone suddenly beeped. She removed her focus from the the annoying people and glanced towards her phone to grab it. It was a text message from a private number, however it seemed like it was one of the poison ladies gang.
"Lucy I would call you in two minutes. Pick up" Lucy wondered who among them texted her. Metly wouldn't use a private number, neither would Irene or Shirley. Or even any of the girls. But the person mentioned her name so it might be one of them. Just as in the text message, her phone began ringing which alerted Jasons' attention. This is the first time he saw her phone ring ever since she came.
Lucy stood up and Jason traced her with his eyes as he watched her exit the room. She stood outside the office and had a bright smile on her face as soon as she began talking.
