The idea comes from the myth in my religious conservative country, it is said that the woman's wet dream comes from the devil (or the devil/djinn loves the woman so they dream like that). Of course, it was not true, since it is normal for women to have wet dreams like men. I mean, why would there be a difference between a man's and a woman's wet dream anyway? It's just a dream! Gosh, people.
