Stanley went to the elevator, only to realize it was not working. As expected since they had been attacked by an EMP blast. He went to the stairs instead and found two people coming up at the same time.
Stanley didn't recognize either of them and immediately pulled out the gun he had brought, firing at the people. One of them moved away from the line of fire, but the other simply took it on with their shield while rushing up toward Stanley.
Stanley searched for the box that they used the shield from in a split second and quickly stopped the time for it. The shield no longer worked, so Stanley grabbed the man as he approached and threw him over the edge of the railing, sending him tumbling down the dozens of meters into the fiery pit at the bottom.
The other one acted at the same time, making some sort of figure with his fingers as he used power.
