"Man… manslaughter?" the Captain was surprised and quickly turned to look at the young officer next to him. "What do you mean? Where did those charges come from?"
"Here," the young man pulled up something.
A hologram of the steel sword appeared in the air, confusing the captain. "Is that… a metal sword?" he asked.
"It is," the young man said. "Not modifications at all too. No shield, or plasma, nothing. There isn't even a placeholder for a Plasmium. It's almost as if it was something from the old days."
The captain frowned. "And why does this make him a manslaughter?" he asked.
"Oh right," the young man said and pulled up something. "We tested the metal after seeing traces of blood on it, and on testing, we found that it had 3 different traces of DNA on it."
