Standing at the border of the Dragon Realm, Zoe and his group were confronted by an unsettling sight. A thick fog blanketed the path ahead, impenetrable and unnerving, leaving them hesitant to take another step.
Rui threw his hands in the air, exasperated. "How are we supposed to get through this? We can't even see two feet ahead!"
Bai Lu's sharp eyes scanned their surroundings, his expression thoughtful. He crouched briefly, studying the way the mist seemed to shift unnaturally. "This isn't ordinary fog. It's illusion art," he said, rising to his feet. "The Dragon Realm and the Demon Realm both use protective barriers to keep outsiders away. This must be part of it."
"So, the human realm was the only ones who doesn't have a protective barrier then. No wonder, why we keep get entangled with these fellows." Rui burst out, "Anyway how are we going to get in?" Rui pressed, his exasperation growing.
