There's a new hunger in Zeke's eyes as he undresses me with his eyes. The hunger that is scarier than a physical one.
"We had a deal, Zeke," I say, standing still, although my knees tremble with desire to step away. Or to step closer. This is the call of the abyss, irrational, but so alluring, when the abyss smiles at you like that. When the face it wears is so handsome.
"Yes, we had, my Maya," Zeke takes a step forward, and I take a step back. "It can wait for a little while."
"What happened to you? Did you just return to life? You look… high."
"I never died, but my body did. My meat bag, full of so many pleasures I didn't know I missed," as Zeke explains, he takes two more steps towards me. Even with legs instead of tentacles, his gait is that of a creeping predator. "So many *needs*, too, my sweet Maya. Let me just taste you…"
