Everyone left the first thing next morning.
The day passed by in a breeze. And the next one as well, and then the next one too.
The seer never came around to escorting the princess back to her castle.
The two currently stood against the door, their hot, heavy breaths touching each other's lips. The seer's hands dug into the wall he leaned against in an attempt to resist the temptation that faced him. But what a face it was that held him in his spot. It was incredible as it was, that the seer was holding his distance somehow instead of closing in, not that there was much of a gap left between the two.
The seer, for a second, wondered how they got into such a position in the first place. He navigated through his foggy mind only to remember that it was just a normal happenstance that had turned into the situation that it was now.
