"So? How did it go with...?" The Seer began, his voice laced with curiosity.
"Ugh, tough. Extremely tough," replied Liu, agitated as he sipped his tea, trying to shake off the tension. Quickly, he shifted the conversation, avoiding further discussion of his own troubles. "What about you? Where's Ling Yue? Wasn't she supposed to receive you?"
"She did. She's still in my bed... can't stop shivering for some reason... I'm not really worried, though. She'll get over it," the Seer answered nonchalantly, taking a sip from his cup. He was too preoccupied to notice the shocked expressions of those around him.
"With fear," the Seer added, but his clarification did little to change their disbelieving stares, their eyes widening in astonishment. "Oh, God, you guys are sick! Perverts! I did no such thing!" he defended himself, his voice rising in frustration.
