"Let's hope this goes well," Caspian said wryly as he knocked on the captain's door. "It's Detective Caspian Ashwood, sir."
"Come in."
Caspian then walked into the room and immediately saluted. After that, the captain nodded as he beckoned Caspian to sit down. Caspian obliged, and as soon as he sat down, the captain asked, "So, what's your reason for coming here, detective?"
"Special Agent Grace Ashwood ordered me to request you to allow us to investigate a certain politician without distraction and disturbances. I hope you'll allow it, captain," Caspian said respectfully.
The captain couldn't help but sigh as he heard that. "*Sigh* Fine, I'll allow it. I'll inform the other officers not to disturb you in your investigations. Is that all that you need, Detective?"
"That would be all, sir. Thank you for your immediate response; I'll be taking my leave," Caspian saluted once more as he stood up and left.
