"The forensic technicians are wrapping things up. It's best if we go. Let's talk about this back at my office," Caspian said while beckoning Abby and the others that they should leave. Of course, since there was nothing else for them to do, they quickly headed out of the house and headed straight to their car.
Then quickly returned to the station and headed immediately to Caspian's office. As they entered, Caspian sighed as he removed his coat and hung it on a rack. Afterward, he grabbed a cup, filled it with water, and started wiping off the remaining blood on his hand.
As that occurred, Abby and the others welcomed themselves in and sat down on the sofas. Caspian then sighed as he grabbed the note he had found inside the victim's corpse, along with the bloody handkerchief, which reeked of a disgusting smell as blue and red blood mixed upon it.
He then glanced at Abby with a bitter smile while saying, "Abby, I might need to throw this away."
