The sea was calm. as if the storm of days ago had finally given way to serenity, with a soft and fresh breeze, with the sound of the waves receding.
The light of the afternoon sun illuminated the water and left a beautiful moment ready to be immortalized by the painters, who parked themselves in front of the sea to get inspiration.
"What a fascinating day," said one of the younger painters. He had heard from his teacher that the coast was the perfect place when he had a tiring day and just wanted some fresh ideas.
However, despite the beauty of the sea, and the magnificent colors, he still could not create anything, his mind was empty.
"Oh dammit! Is there nothing interesting in this world? I am asking for too much?!"
There was no hero or heroine nearby, no villain with a poisonous and tear jerking past, or a compelling story with countless cliffhangers in his head. Just emptiness, a beautiful, pure emptiness.
