The sun was slipping through the window meeting Eva's shadow. Illuminating the room, warming everything around.
Eva got up from her seat with happiness radiating from her beautiful green eyes and stretching out her body.
Although tired from all the work she had done the previous night, she was happier and more enthusiastic than ever.
In a few hours, she had completed more than fifteen projects and jobs with high rewards on the darkweb that she had not been able to do before. The real task was not to finish them, as she could do it in a few hours, but to not attract too much attention from other recruiters or odious hackers trying to compete with her.
She was not prepared to deal with them for now. Her priority was to gain money, lots of it.
As her powers were not complete, and she couldn't rely on only human blood to survive, she couldn't make harsh decisions and bring unwanted attention.
