Lorthr let his friend Paul know, but this man had something to bring up as another matter needed to be discussed between each other. "What about slaves? What is to be done to them."
"The slaves you say, they are just two males right," Lorthr asked Paul.
"Yeah two males that haven't been working on this farm for long by how they look, what are we to do about them."
"Well I got good enough slaves on my farm, so there is no need for us to take them. What about you and your wife? Do you need slaves?" Paul and his wife had begun their life as farmers since settling down and hadn't yet bought slaves for the work.
"It would be a waste to not take them, but it would be right to do so to friends." Paul wanted to know from his friend.
"I see no problem in the matter of our friend dead and there is no way that they have given these slaves freedom nor have the two have money to buy it," Lorthr said as it is the way these slaves can gain to be free from their chains.
"Do you mind bringing them to the great hall for me to collect?" Paul asked the men as he agreed with a nod where Lorthr departed, heading over to a single hut on the land.
Pushing the door open, I entered inside, seeing the two male slaves sitting on the ground, keeping an eye on the boy holding himself in the corner as ordered.
"Boy, you're coming with me and you two as well," Lorthr said as the boy got up from his concern and came to the man.
"What is to happen to us is that we will be free since our owners are no longer alive." One of the male slaves asked.
"You're still a slave. Both have not been given freedom by your owner or have the money to buy to be free, do you? It tells me you have been around long to know the rules of being thralls on our land." Lorthr tells them as both the males look to be unhappy about their situation.
"Come on, let go, don't make any trouble unless you want to lose your life." The man said as he turned his back to them.
At that moment, the two slave male look at each other and together run, seeking to get past this northern man to escape from their role on these lands.
"Fools! You pick death then." Lorthr moves to reach for the sword on his side waist. Grabbing it and taking the weapon out was just the right time for the blade of the sword to slash the back of one of the slaves trying to run away.
As one was stricken down, the other gained much more time to further away from Lorthr. Believing to have the chance of taking his freedom, something flies over to that slave and takes away that chance as an ax impales the side of his head.
Stopping the poor man as he slowly falls forward to the ground face flat with the ax stuck tightly in the head of the skull.
Paul walks up to the body, looking down at it."shit there goes my two slaves then."

[Troll village]
"This village is quite a lovely place, I have to say, don't you agree," Xalroz asks, the blue troll walking with him as his guard by order of the chief.
They were doing it for a few minutes moving around while the trolls there kept staring at the elf and talking about it. He didn't mind it since it was obvious to these people seeing an elf walking in their village freely never before.
"Why are you asking me, elf? I have no interest in entertaining you with this topic of discussion." the troll says as an annoyance is filled within his voice.
"Call me Thorkell, it is the name the people who raise me use as I would like to know yours if you humor me troll," Xalroz told his northern name instead of his real name to be kept hidden.
"It's Ekon." The troll said now that he has come to learn the creature's name.
"Ekon is it, I'll be sure to keep that name in mind as I do have plans for us to have many encounters with each other." Xalroz stops moving after speaking to face the troll.
"What do you mean by that?" Ekon didn't like to hear that feeling of uneasiness.
"Oh, nothing too serious, just something nice to meet together from time to time," Xalroz tells him with a smile on his face for the troll to see.
It is right there that he comes to notice another troll walking over to them."What this I'm seeing is an elf in our village and you acting as his guard by my father's order."
Ekon turned around and saw a red female in front of him."Zenma, it is good to see your return back to the village safely and not empty-handed."
He said to bring up the dead large black beat carrying on her left shoulder. What is interesting was that this female troll slayed this beast without the use of a weapon showing to have done it by hand.
"Yes this animal was fun to hunt and kill on my time outside of the village, but on my return, I came to hear about my father leaving with other trolls on a mission to attack a northerner fort. Then about an elf in our village, so I had to see with my own eyes." Zenma looks down at Xalroz as he looks back at her.
"So that makes you the chief daughter, is that right? It's nice to meet you with the name Thorkell." Xalroz said to her, but Zenma's expression changed fast to another of disliking him.
He didn't like that, sensing there might be trouble about Ekon as well."Is it true that somehow you were able to kill one of our own."
"Yes, that to be true," Xalroz admits to receiving from her a foot left up and aims to crush his bone and spill the guts out, coming down hard.
Luckily, he acted fast to get out of it sight right as that same foot smashed into the ground, creating a crack under. "Zenma, stop it your father…."
Ekon's mouth comes to a stop when he feels the powerful backhand hit the side of the face from the female troll to show not only the elf she is pissed off at.
"Shut your mouth! I do not need to hear such a shameful troll make an excuse for being a coward in watching his death. Hold the dead bear as that is all you're good for now."
Zenma throws the body of the black bear as Ekon quickly catches it and watches her take steps toward Xalron as he seems pleased by this.
"I did wonder if I was going to get attacked at any point. I'm glad that it happened and the chief daughter nonetheless."
