The large group entered the next room.
It was large. The largest room the group had encountered in the wisdom test of the Tall Crown Sanctum. And it looked familiar, too.
Half of the room was the typical floor they had become accustomed to in that place. Made of bark. Uneven and lumpy in many places all throughout the area. And the other half… the other half was a giant pool of vibrantly glowing green liquid.
It looked exactly like the depictions of radioactive waste Mikhail had often seen in the cartoons he had watched as a young boy. Radioactive sludge, more or less.
And on the other side of the room, past that vibrantly glowing green pool, was a circular door. And it was preceded by a stone gate. One that was likely to close once the main event of the room began.
It was similar to the room that Mikhail had met his old pals in.
Very similar.
But the difference was obvious.
