Faster than a speeding bullet, Sharyl shot through the air and raised its ivory claws!
They glowed with pale-yellow sparkles, leaving a trail behind in the large lizard's wake. And then…

Sharyl's claws viciously tore into the torso of the strange plant, and green blood began leaking from those splintered parts. The large lizard then shot over the strange plant, using it as a foothold to jump once more.
"The head, you clown!"
Mikhail didn't have time to chastise the large lizard more than that, as the bipedal body released rocky spires from the two gashes in its side, aimed straight for Mikhail.
He quickly leaned to the side, narrowly avoiding them both, and then ripped his spear out!
A torrent of green blood fell from that gaping hole in its abdomen, but the faint sense of ethereal fear emanating from the liquid made him realize it was different from the strange plants he had beheaded before.
