BOOM!
"SCREEEE!"
The ground burst apart into a cloud of splinters when the rocky gold wings of his spear slammed into the ground. And at the same time, an ear-piercing screech resounded out from the bulb as green blood exploded outwards.
Mikhail pulled back his spear, and watched as the maimed bulb rose from the ground off a thick vine.
Now, he could see that the tiny bulb was just the tip of the iceberg. The head of the strange, suspiciously beast-like plant was actually far larger. About the size of Mikhail's torso.
The bulbous head of the strange plant was split in half, with rows of sharp looking wooden teeth lining its flower petal-like lips.
Mikhail looked at it strangely before turning his eye to its very obviously vulnerable neck.
'It can't be that easy…'
Mikhail half-heartedly slashed his spear into the vine-neck part of the plant beast thing.
And it was sliced with little to no resistance.
