The brickwork making up the floor of the bridge burst open in several spots as several skeletal hands shot up from the ground.
Their joints leaked out a thick blood red Aether that trailed upwards to the ceiling, splashing outwards in a foggy sort of fashion before dissipating.
The hands then slammed down into the ground. And then, the blood red Aether flared intensely like a geyser as the skeleton applied force into the ground.
Soon enough, the skeletons were pulling themselves out of the ground.
And as Mikhail looked around, he noticed that they were appearing from where the pillars supported the bridges. There was one skeleton per pillar. Thus, there were a total of nine of those meatless monsters.
Azalea and Sharyl wasted no time, quickly picking out their targets and making quick work of them. Meanwhile, Mikhail stood motionlessly as he watched four different skeletons rise from the path ahead of him.
