The stone door slammed into the opening in the wall above it as Sharyl darted past and into the next room. And Mikhail took a step forward before dropping the door behind him.
The room they found themselves in was more like the inside of an expansive warehouse rather than an actual room. Stretching left for quite some distance, and stretching to the right only a little bit.
And bisecting the room was a deep gorge, where the water of the last room flowed out and into, following an artificial estuary. One with interesting geometric pathways. Along the gorge's edge were many large pillars decorated with primitive looking carvings.

However, he also noticed how there were two levels to the area. The lower level that he was on, and another level that seemed disconnected from the current area, supported by the pillars at the center of the room.
