The place was almost narrow, enough to cause claustrophobia, but it was enough for what it was needed for. This place was a black spot to the school, it was not to be noticed, and one could call it an alley, the darkness made it even more enclosed, it was nighttime.
The alley was behind the gym building, it was a place for training, actually, it was where Mutants Augmenters and Normies would come to lift weights, it had benches to rest on while lifting and building one's body and strength.
But now it was being used for something one could call an assault. There were four students in red uniforms and they all had their holomasks on, of course, they would hide their faces, this was illicit.
On the benches were none other than Ivy, Tyson, Xadia, and Jake. They looked to be unconscious and they had electronic handcuffs on their wrists. They were in a laying position with their legs on the floor and their upper body was rested on the bench. They were split into two with Ivy and Tyson on one bench and Xadia and Jake on another.
"Wake them up". Rodney commanded.
The eyes of one of the masked second year then lit green. "Umsi lavdo letor". A spell was siphoned.
They all slowly lifted from the bench, Tyson tried to stretch to get rid of the sleep paralysis but he was stopped by the cuffs on his hands, and he knitted his burrows, he couldn't feel his energy. 'What is this'. He wondered.
"Where are we". Ivy asked in confusion.
There were no confused looks coming from Jake and Xadia, they already figured it out.
"Evening my junior mates" Rodney began, "You must all be wondering how you suddenly wound up here, some of you to be factual". He turned his head to Xadia and Jake.
"You all" He continued "have been given the opportunity to be involved in an experiment fueled by our quest and goal to change the siphon community, so we're grateful you're here with us". He said, and they could all imagine the smirk on his face.
"For this experiment, two students would have been enough, but thanks to Wolfie and Swifty here, you unlucky souls have been dragged into this wonderful experience". He emphasized.
Ivy and Tyson looked at Xadia, he glanced at them and their faces demanded an explanation.
Rodney then held up a vile of the same energy liquid Xadia had seen before, an imagery of how Jake reacted invaded Xadia's mind.
"This energy liquid, as the ability to share one's energy with another, using a rune spell, a connection will be established and I will be able to draw energy from you lots. And since Wolfie is resistant to this liquid, I'll be trying again, with you Swifty". Rodney explained.
The Emitter of the group then approached Xadia and began drawing a rune on his forehead with a crystal chalk, Xadia didn't resist, it was futile anyway.
Rodney then brought out a syringe and injected Xadia with a vile of the energy liquid. The Emitter siphoned Xadia to sleep with a spell, she then began the rune spell, and as she did, the rune on Xadia's head lit up, along with it was also a rune that could be seen behind Rodney's mask, and the spell was soon finished.
"I can feel it, it's working, it's a little slow but it's working, quick go get some other junior students". The other students went but the emitter stayed.
"Go with them, In case you meet someone like him". He pointed at Jake.
"When I get out of these cuffs, I'm going to rip your flesh from your bones!!". Jake threatened.
"I'm counting on it". Rodney replied. He then moved towards Tyson and performed the same procedure, first drawing the same rune and then injecting the vile.
The rune lit up and he was expecting a rush of energy, but there was none, it never came, instead, it felt as if he was being drained of his energy.
"No, what are you doing, how is it possible that you're drawing energy from me, you're not ordinary juniors, three of you". Rodney yelled, he was furious.
Just as he said those words, Xadia's body began to vibrate, and his eyes began to glow, and suddenly Rodney fell to the ground. "Is he dead?". Tyson asked. "I don't think he is, he's moving again". Ivy replied
"Are they gone?". Xadia said as he alighted from the ground. Ivy, Tyson, and Jake were puzzled, just right now this person had an angry face, and now he was talking to them like they were friends.
"Why are you looking at me like that, I was just knocked out, and,". He suddenly paused.
He could see his body on the bench, but it didn't make sense, he then looked at the clothes on his body, it was red. Sensing the energy in his body, it felt very light, it didn't feel like his energy.
"Tyson, Ivy, Jake!!". Xadia exclaimed.
Jake raised an eye, the leader of the group always referred to him as Wolfie, how did he know his name, unless.
"Xadia?". Jake asked.
"Yes, it's me, I think I just had a freaky Friday".
"You're in his body, how is that possible". Ivy deduced.
"I don't know, but we need to get out of here". Xadia then opened Rodney's Holo watch, and he could see two handcuffs icons, just like the one on Roland's watch. He then pressed on both of them, and it immediately released Ivy and Jake's handcuffs.
"I think the remaining lock keys are with the rest of them". Xadia explained.
"Let's not worry about that, Jasmine can free the locks, we just have to get to my dorm". Ivy said.
Xadia then wiped the rune on his head, and the one on Tyson's head, he then carried his body, and Jake lifted Tyson's body. They then made their way out of the alley, and as soon as they did, they met the first-year group.
"Rodney, what are you doing, why are you helping them escape". Quiver yelled.
"Jake, take care of my body and Tyson's, I'll hold them off, go". His eyes glowed green.
"Etsi rittle". A trail of green shot out of the ground, it made a wall of plants separating the first-year group as it knocked the emitter to the ground, but not all of them were separated.
A cut in the air attracted the attention of Ivy, but she was too late, she could only block the attack with her hand, and a metal blade slashed her palm and a large cut was made on her palm.
She didn't have time to groan in pain, as another cut was soon made on her shoulder. "Invisique". The next attack went through her body, and it was now heading for Jake.
He clawed the air and got rid of the attack, but another was coming from his side. A plant blocked the attack from hitting. A rush of energy evaded Ivy's body, and she rushed towards the metal siphon.
She threw a punch, but it was met with a metal shield. The shield then bent into two shot blades, and the first year began to stab at Ivy. She kept up with his speed, dodging every hit successfully.
Another blade projected from Ivy's backside, it then made a cut on her arm, she gritted her teeth the pain wasn't bearable, she couldn't keep her invisibility, and she couldn't hold two spells at the same time, and she was soon overpowered by, two metal cuffs that bound her hand together.
The metal siphon then launched four metal discs at Jake, Ivy's attacks were good enough to distract the first year from the fleeing Jake who was soon to reach the corner of a building. Jake wouldn't be able to dodge this one, he was running while carrying two bodies.
The attack was about to miss, when a laser beam knocked the metal beam away, and up in the sky was a green bird. It then dived towards the metal siphon, shooting laser beams as it came down.
The first year couldn't avoid this, as he began to, dodge the laser beams making shields that were being destroyed as it was created. An air attack was made and a fast wind blast hit the metal siphon, knocking him to the ground.
"Go now, I'll be with you after I deal with them". Xadia yelled while dodging a blue fist that was coming for his head. "How will you return to your body?, I'll have to transfer your consciousness from his body, and I'll need to touch you to do that". Ivy shouted.
"Don't worry, we'll figure it out later, go".
"She's getting away". The metal siphon yelled.
"Etsi rittle". The same plant attack that Ivy made came rushing at her. A laser beam came from above melting the plant to the ground.
"Not on my watch". Xadia yelled, with his hands glowing green.
