What she saw was a human male. Gabriel was a vampire, so it was impossible to conclude that the male was Gabriel's uncle.
"Good heavens, Sir Gabriel, I never imagined to see you here. What a pleasant surprise!" The male uttered but as expected, his gaze never got to Gabriel. Instead, it was directed to the beautiful human that Gabriel wouldn't let go of.
"Is my uncle home?" Ignoring his words, Gabriel has to ask but not without showing how irritated he was. He hated how this human had stared at Eliza. There was just evidence in his eyes and it was only the stars that knew the amount of self-control he summoned so he wouldn't teach the human what happens when someone stares at Eliza in such a manner.
Meanwhile, Eliza chose to ignore the male in her presence as she pushed her focus behind the male. The fancy morning suit the male had wore didn't match the environment they had found themselves in. Surely, something was fishy.
