He couldn't get any more irritated by Seth's words. How could he claim that he cared for Eliza but yet, he decided to be stupid by marking her?
Does that mean that Eliza now belonged to Seth and not Dav? Does that mean that she was now bound to Seth forever? No way! He can't let this happen, not because he was jealous of Seth but because… it just can't happen. Not for Seth.
"Isn't there a way to break the bond, I will gladly do anything."
Again, Dav sighed. Those words concluded how stupid Seth could be. It has never been heard of that a mark has been cleared from a female's neck, it was more easy for a camel to stand at the sharp point of a needle than for that to happen.
This explained a lot, her sudden fondness for Seth, and the fact that she actually wanted Dav to stay away from her.
