"Wife, who marked you?" He asked again.
His smile and arousal were nowhere to be found as he fixed his gaze on a certain part of her neck. How could he not see this earlier?
Confused, Eliza stared at him with nothing to say. The next minute, Dav gestured that she get off him which she did in a haste. He sat upright and got out of the tub.
At this point, his anger was raised in the chat but he didn't want to push it to his wife, so it was better that she stayed away from him for the meantime until he found out who marked his wife.
Well, Eliza also didn't plan to give up. She also got off the tub and stood beside her husband with the hope that he would explain to her.
"What do you mean by who marked me, Dav? No one did."
Dav's anger began to heighten, he could clearly see a vampire's mark on her neck, then, what did she mean by there was no mark? Is he just hallucinating?
