Wolfe smiled at the contestants. "Well, there is only one way to test our head chef candidates. We have ingredients here, or we will grow them quickly. We will ask each contestant to make a minimum of five dishes, comprising three meals.
It might be challenging to do it in a shared kitchen, without your usual staff, but that is also part of the challenge. We will be judging on taste, mass appeal, and the chef's ability to work with and around others.
Being able to get along with strangers in your kitchen is also a challenge, but it will be part of your life as the maid staff cycles through, and necessary to getting the kitchen set up for the first time.
