Even though the elven guards said we were suspicious without any reason, they didn't treat my group like prisoners. An example of that is not us being handcuffed.
Of course, the suspicion of the elven guards being an imposter is there at one point but by showing us the proof of certificate that they were the Flower Knights, a group that sword fealty to the royal family of the elven kingdom, I became convinced.
And I wouldn't even know this information if the captain of the flower knights didn't come forward. It just sounds believable and I heard a thing or two regarding these knights.
One of the other reasons why I believed they're righteous guards that worked for the king himself is that they have the right to tell his name, shouting his order out loud with people and elves all around.
We would've resisted if they have forcefully made their way through but not only did they not do it, they respectfully waited for us to ride the carriage designed for the 'prisoners'
