Chapter 98- Guests Need Hospitality
"Hah… No more… Hah, I can't move." A hoarse, exhausted voice leaked out of Akio's mouth as he held his hand and looked up tiredly.
His face was covered in sweat and blood and his hazy eyes were barely focused. A feeling of coldness overwhelmed every inch of his body as he shuddered from time to time. No matter how much he tried to calm his heart, he couldn't do so.
Akio was as close to losing consciousness as he could get. But, not even then did he find a moment to rest or take a breath. His crystal-shards-reddened body had to move and move quickly as he sensed another round of shards.
*Swish*
Twisting his neck, a shard passed by, glazing his hair and cutting a small strand of it.
At that moment, Akio clenched his teeth, suppressing the sheer pain and exhaustion, and sent a flying punch toward the shard at an amazing speed. Then, without waiting, crouched and then punched upwards with his left hand.
