Lucas pov:
After Jess fainted the guys called an ambulance but I decided to go get Sofia because the ambulance might possibly take her to the hospital which we don't want. We have alot of enemies and taking Jess out puts her in more danger, if people know she's with us they'll use her to get to us which was why I had to leave Penn and I don't want the same for them. Getting Sofia and bringing her back would be a thirty minute drive but we don't have much time. I decided to take the Hennessey Venom GT, it is a very fast car so I should be able to get there in record time. Sofia won't be happy about my driving but for Jess she would have to endure. I started the engine and drove to Sofia house and as I predicted I got there in fifteen minutes, I rushed in and Sofia jumped in fear. "calm down its just me, we need to go now" I said as Sofia tried catching her breath. I don't have time for that, I said as I made my way towards her carrying her on my shoulder like I did with Jess and rushed to the car. "Lucas what the fuck? put me down right now and explain what's going on" She kept screaming but I ignored I'll answer her questions later. I buckled her up and closed the door as I rushed to the drivers seat and started driving. "Ok now that I'm here would you mind explaining" she said sounding annoyed. "Jess fainted and taking her to the hospital is a bad idea" I explained still focused on the road. "Why not call an ambulance first before coming for me you're risking her life" she said. "We called the ambulance already dummy, they were twenty minutes away they should be there now." I said with my I'm not so dumb attitude voice. "ohhh why didn't you just call?" she said and I rolled my eye, did she seriously just ask that? So she didn't even know what Adrien took her phone, did she even try searching for it. "dude_______" I was cut off rudely by her. "Oops calling me wouldn't change anything I can't find my phone" she said while laughing at herself and I just rolled my eyes. "For a nurse sometimes you're dumb" I said trying to get a reaction out of her which I did, she gasp and kept ranting about how good of a doctor she is.
We finally got home and the ambulance were about taking Jess with them but Sofia and I rushed over. "hi sorry sir but you can't take her" Sofia said as she finally got to them. "why would that be?" A paramedic asked. "that's because I'm her doctor, thank you so much for your assistance but I can take it from here. I'm sure it's just a panic attack" Sofia said and the paramedics looked at each other and nodded. "ok well someone should come carry her so we can leave" the other paramedic asked. "Lucas" Sofia said and I made my way towards Jess to carry her. "Take her to her room I'll be with you shortly" she said as we both made our way in, not even seconds after we got in Adrien rushed over and pulled Jess away. "chilll" I said as I raised my two hands up. "where do I drop her?" he asked with his eye fixed on Sofia not even paying any of us attention. "just take her to her room" Sofia said and with that Adrien left without even glancing back at anyone. "What was that about?" I asked Sofia as we made our way towards Dante and Thiago. "He still loves her obviously" Dante said and thiago nods in agreement. We all made our way towards the kitchen and made small talk. I made my way for the fridge to get a bottle of bear. "Sof why exactly are you here?" Thiago asked as we all gave him a questioning look. "what do you mean by that she's here to treat Jess" Dante replied. "that's not what I meant I know why she's here but why is she here" he said while gesturing with his hands. "Ok Dante did you drug him again?" I asked looking at Dante who shook his head in denial. "oh fuck, I mean she's meant to be with Sofia right now treating here but she's here with us" he said and we all said 'ohhh' in unison understand what he finally meant, we all looked at Sofia waiting for an answer. "The paramedics already did their work all I have to do is just check up on her when she wakes up" Sofia said and we all looked confused but decided to play along.
We kept talking and laughing for hours until we heard Ariana shouting at Adrien, we all rushed towards the sound of her shouting to ease drop. "SHE'S BACK AND YOU FORGOT ME,I WAS THERE WHEN SHE LEFT" Ariana shouted at Adrien. "ohh she's going to get it now" the boys said while we kept ease dropping. "Ariana first off if you know you love your fucking life never yell at me again secondly she's not a nobody thirdly if you try something like this again I'll send you packing" Adrien said trying to sound calm, I guess it's so he won't wake Jess. We kept waiting for a response but what we got in return was the sound of Adrien footsteps and we all scattered basically falling over each other but thank heavens he didn't see us he made his way out instead. "Dante you prick" Sofia said as she shoved Dante off her. "what did I do? Thiago pushed me" Dante tried defending himself. "I did no such thing" Thiago said and they all started arguing. I made my way out to talk to Adrien. "Heyy my love" I tried joking with him but he didn't even spare me a glance. "Adrien I don't like seeing you like this" I said as I went to stand beside him, he didn't even respond. "if you continue like this it'll affect our business" I said to him but no response so I decided just to stand and stare at the stars with him. "Lucas" he finally said, "Adrien" I answered immediately. "What if___what if I don't want to continue this business?" he asked and from the sound of his voice he sounds scared. "if you decide to stop I'll follow your decision, I just want you to be ok" I said trying to reassure my brother that I have his back. "Are you saying this because of Jess?" I asked wanting to know the source of his thinking this way. "No, I don't care about Jess I'm just tired of the constant war, threats, and killing. It was fun at first but now I'm just tired" he said his truth. I never knew it was affecting him this much, it was his first time opening up to me and not threatening me; it felt nice. Adrien changed since Jess got here and it wasn't the bad kind of change it was the good kind, she made him happy and the better version of his old self; which is why I know for a fact he's lying about the Jess part. I decided not to question him about it because he just calmed down, we sat there in silence. "ok Adrien it's getting late, I think it's time we head in" I said trying to drag him, "there's no point I won't sleep" he said. "why? if you want I can join you in bed like last time" I said making kissing face at him and he looked disgusted. "ok since you're going to be here I'll sleep in Jess' room tonight" I said as I made my way in. "if you want to live you better not try it" he said as he finally moved from his spot and made his way in with me.
