So, Thanh Van had deduced the situation correctly. The Archbishop must have infected the baby, and due to the baby being a newborn, the child must have died earlier than the standard infection rate of the plague.
That would explain why the baby had died before the Archbishop.
But, why did Kruger lie about this situation?
Was his agenda to protect patient 0's true identity - or something else?
Thanh Van thought over the scenario and the tasks handed over to them, but he couldn't get far.
